Overview

All products purchased from saraz.in are applicable for return only if there is damage/defects/wrong item delivered but the customers are requested to shoot a video along with the package to ensure easy returns.

Customers can return their order within 3 days from the order delivery date. To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. A refund is applicable only if a mistake/error happens on dispatch from our end. No refund will be initiated for any other cause.

No exchange or returns on Size issues/mild colour difference. Please refer the size guide before placing the order. Exchange and returns will be accepted only if any product is received against the description provided for the product.

To complete your return, we require your order details.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and after deducting the shipping charges, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 15 days.

If you haven’t received a refund within 15 days, first check your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@saraz.in.

Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@saraz.in and send your item to: Saraz Couture, A2 1st Street, Rose Park Avenue, Samichettypalayam, Coimbatore – 641047.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Saraz Couture, A2 1st Street, Rose Park Avenue, Samichettypalayam, Coimbatore – 641047.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
